The Faith & Light Layered Set in platinum-plated sterling silver is a moissanite cross necklace set: a round moissanite solitaire on one chain and a pavé moissanite cross on the other. Together they layer at two lengths, one bright point of light above a cross that sparkles along every arm. It's a meaningful gift for a baptism, a confirmation or a mother of faith.
Wear them layered, or wear each on its own on different days. The moissanite is rated 0.5 carat with VVS1 clarity, and an official certificate of authenticity comes with the set. Both chains adjust, so the layers sit right at your neckline.

The story of moissanite starts in the Arizona desert, where a meteor struck about 50,000 years ago. Today you can wear that sparkle.
Found in a meteor crater
Moissan was studying rock from Meteor Crater when he spotted crystals that sparkled like diamonds. They turned out to be a new gem, and in 1905 it was named moissanite in his honor.
Natural moissanite is too rare to mine, so every stone in this collection is created in a lab, with the same makeup as the crystals from that crater.
