Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes, all of our earring posts are made of sterling silver dipped in 18k gold or rhodium (depending on color). Our other jewelry is made of a variety of high-gradematerials and metals including 14k gold, rhodium, sterling silver. Please see exact materials listed under each item.
How should I store and care for my jewelry?
We recommend giving your jewels occasional breaks from wear, and storing them in a jewelry organizer and away from water and humidity. To ensure a long lasting finish on your jewelry, please avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics—this includes body oils, lotions, sunscreen, perfume, or makeup. We recommend taking your jewelry off before showering, bathing, exercising, or swimming.

How will my jewelry arrive?
Your graceblooms jewelry will arrive individually wrapped in a cute bag within a gift box. It is gift ready if you are planning on giving it away :)
Where will my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Boise, Idaho, USA!
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We ship all of our orders through USPS (the United States Postal Service). You will receive a tracking number in your email inbox when your order is packaged and shipped.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally with preferred shipping rates to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, The Netherlands, Ireland, India, Great Britain, Brazil and Germany. Shipping rates may vary and are calculated at checkout. Customer is responsible for duties, taxes or fees incurred through international shipping.
All items shipped outside of the United States are considered FINAL SALE and our regular return policy does not apply.

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on any unworn merchandise within 30 days of the ship date. If your jewelry arrives unsatisfactory, we will replace your order immediately free of charge.
Returns are subject to a return fee. The cost is calculated during the return process.
Who do I contact about a return or replacement?
Please email support@graceblooms.com to initiate a return or exchange.
The replacement process will be much faster if you can include your order information (name, email, order #) and an explanation of what happened (and/or a picture of the damage), so that we can get started with a repair or replacement immediately!
