If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to make it right. Use our easy self-service returns portal to start a return, exchange, track your order, or submit a warranty claim.

Returns
We accept returns on all unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Upon receipt of your return, you may choose:
- A refund to your original payment method, or
- Store credit
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To get started, visit our returns portal to request a return shipping label.
Exchanges
Want something different? We're happy to exchange your unworn, original-packaged item for any item in our store within 30 days of purchase. Start your exchange through our returns portal β it's quick and easy!
90-Day Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If anything is wrong with your item within 90 days of purchase, we will either:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue a gift card equal to the original purchase price
You will not be responsible for return shipping on warranty claims. To submit a warranty claim, visit our returns portal.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn or are not in original packaging
- Items purchased on clearance
- Items returned after 30 days of purchase
How It Works
- Visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal
- Log in with your order number and email address
- Select your item(s) and choose a return, exchange, or warranty claim
- Print your shipping label and drop off your package at any USPS location
- Once we receive your item, your refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 3β5 business days
