We want you to love your graceblooms products! If your order arrives less than satisfactory, we will immediately provide you with a resolution.
Returns are accepted on all unworn items, in the original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. To initiate your return please email us at support@graceblooms.com with your order information and reason for return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the event of a manufacturer defect within the first 30 days of purchase, we will replace the item, or provide a gift card equal to the original purchase price, you will not have to pay return shipping in this case.
A manufacturing defect is a defect in a product that was not intended and does not include issues that arise from regular wear and tear.
* INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All items shipped outside of the United States are considered FINAL SALE. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, please email support@graceblooms.com with the order number and photos of any issue.
