Weekly Thank-You Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Grace Blooms Weekly Thank-You Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Grace Blooms LLC, doing business as Grace Blooms, 3870 W Wellhouse Ct, Eagle ID 83616, United States ("Sponsor"), graceblooms.com. Questions about the Giveaway may be sent to support@graceblooms.com.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their state of residence if that is older, at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its agencies and anyone professionally involved in running the Giveaway, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway period and weekly drawing periods

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time on Monday, October 5, 2026 and ends at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time on Monday, October 4, 2027 (the "Giveaway Period"). The Giveaway Period is divided into 52 weekly drawing periods (each a "Weekly Period"). Each Weekly Period begins on a Monday at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and ends on the following Sunday at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. The first Weekly Period runs from Monday, October 5, 2026 to Sunday, October 11, 2026. The last Weekly Period runs from Monday, September 27, 2027 to Sunday, October 3, 2027. Sponsor's computer is the official clock for the Giveaway.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Both give the same chance of winning, and both count the same in every drawing.

4.1 Entry by invitation. After a first order on graceblooms.com, a customer may receive an email inviting her to answer one question on the entry page: "What was the one thing that helped you decide to order from Grace Blooms?" Writing an answer in her own words and pressing submit enters her in the Giveaway. The page also offers optional tick boxes of common reasons; ticking them is not required.

4.2 Free entry, no purchase required. Anyone who meets the eligibility rules may enter without buying anything by visiting https://graceblooms.com/pages/giveaway, entering her name and email address, writing an answer in her own words to one question, "What was the one thing that drew you to Grace Blooms?", and pressing submit. The same optional tick boxes are offered. This question is worded so that someone who has not ordered can answer it truthfully; it asks for the same kind and amount of answer as the question in 4.1. This method is open for the whole Giveaway Period, costs nothing, and is placed in the same drawings with the same odds as an entry made by invitation.

4.3 Answers. A valid entry needs a written answer to the question: at least one letter or number, in any words and of any length. Tick boxes are optional. The content of an answer does not affect the chance of winning, and entrants are not judged.

5. Limit: one entry per person, ever

Each person may enter the Giveaway once in total, by either method, for the entire Giveaway Period. One entry per person and per email address. If a person enters more than once, only the first entry received counts and later entries are void. An entry stays in the drawing for the Weekly Period in which it was received only; it does not roll over into later weeks. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or any automated means, or submitted using multiple or false identities or email addresses, are void. Entries made with a marketplace relay email address are also void. A relay address is one that an online marketplace creates to pass messages to a buyer, in place of the buyer's own email address; Sponsor cannot reliably reach an entrant there. Anyone whose order carries a relay address can still enter, at no cost, by using the free entry method in section 4.2 with her own email address.

6. Drawings and odds

For each Weekly Period, one winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that Weekly Period. The drawing will be held on or about the Monday following the end of each Weekly Period, by Sponsor, using a computer-generated random selection. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Weekly Period.

7. Prize

One prize is awarded each Weekly Period: store credit for graceblooms.com in the amount of $50, issued to the winner automatically by email as a Shopify gift card code. The winner may spend it on any items she chooses at graceblooms.com. Approximate retail value (ARV): $50, the face amount of the credit. Total number of prizes over the Giveaway Period: 52. Total ARV of all prizes over the Giveaway Period: $2,600. The credit is a promotional award, issued free as a giveaway prize, and the email that delivers it says so. The credit does not expire. No fees are charged on the credit. The credit has no cash value except where the law requires it, and it cannot be transferred or exchanged for another prize. Any purchase amount over the credit is the winner's to pay.

8. Winner notification

Before the prize is issued, Sponsor checks that the selected entrant can receive email from Sponsor. An entrant who cannot be reached by email at the time of the drawing (because her address has unsubscribed from, bounced from, or been blocked from Sponsor's emails, or no email address is on file) is passed over, and the next entry in the random selection order is selected instead. This continues through all eligible entries for that Weekly Period until an entrant who can be reached is found. If no eligible entrant for that Weekly Period can be reached, no prize is awarded for that Weekly Period. Each winner is notified automatically by email, to the address used to enter, within 2 days after the drawing. The notice includes the store credit. No reply is needed to receive the prize. By using the credit the winner confirms that she meets the eligibility rules in section 2. If Sponsor learns that a winner is not eligible, entered more than once, or broke these rules, Sponsor may cancel the credit, to the extent the law allows, and may award the prize to an alternate winner chosen at random from the remaining eligible entries for that Weekly Period. If the notice email bounces or cannot be delivered, Sponsor may choose an alternate winner the same way.

9. Taxes

Each winner is responsible for any federal, state and local taxes on the prize. If the total value of prizes Sponsor awards to one winner in a calendar year reaches the IRS reporting threshold ($2,000 for 2026, adjusted for inflation from 2027), Sponsor will ask for a completed IRS Form W-9 and will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC.

10. Thank-you code for entrants who do not win

Every eligible entrant who is not selected as a winner in the drawing for her Weekly Period will receive, by email, a single-use code for 20% off one future order at graceblooms.com, valid for at least 7 days after it is sent. The code does not apply to final sale items or gift cards. The code is sent after the drawing whether the entrant entered by invitation or by the free method. It has no cash value. The email that carries the code includes Sponsor's mailing address and a working unsubscribe link.

11. Use of entry information and email

Information collected with an entry (name, email address and the answers) is used to run the Giveaway, to notify winners, to send the thank-you code described in section 10, and to understand why customers choose Grace Blooms. It is handled under Sponsor's privacy policy at https://graceblooms.com/policies/privacy-policy. The entry page has an optional box for receiving Grace Blooms marketing emails. For entrants using the free entry method in section 4.2 the box may be pre-selected; any entrant can untick it before submitting. Entering signs an entrant up for marketing emails only if the box is ticked when she submits. Ticking or unticking the box is not required to enter and does not affect the chance of winning.

12. Winner list

To learn the name of the winner for a Weekly Period in which you entered, send an email to support@graceblooms.com with the subject line "Giveaway Winner" within 30 days after the end of the Giveaway Period, naming that Weekly Period by its dates. Sponsor will reply with the winner for that Weekly Period only.

13. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of a technical failure, fraud or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, change or suspend it and, where allowed, award the prizes by random drawing from eligible entries received up to that point. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or undeliverable entries or emails.

14. Release and limitation of liability

By accepting a prize, the winner releases Sponsor and its employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from taking part in the Giveaway or from receiving or using the prize, to the extent allowed by law.

15. Social media

If the Giveaway is mentioned on Facebook or Instagram: this Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. Each entrant releases Meta, Facebook and Instagram from any liability connected with the Giveaway. Entry is never made by liking, sharing, commenting on or tagging a post.

16. Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
